Follow these steps in order to access Launchpad resources:
Step 1:
You will need to use Google Chrome as your web browser. The LaunchPad does not work correctly with Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox. Google Chrome can be found on your Start Menu under programs or by searching for Chrome by typing into the search box when you click on the Start Menu. If you don’t have Google Chrome installed on your computer, go to www.google.com/chrome/ and download the Chrome browser.

Step 2: When Google Chrome opens, type launchpad.mynha.com into the address bar.
To access The Launchpad, you will need to enter your NHA credentials. These are the same username and password that are used at the Riverton Library and on all Riverton computers.
The Username is 89s.+1st letter of first name + last name. (there may be a number appended to the username)
The Password is your first name, all lowercase.
Example: Nancy Jones = username: 89s.njones password: nancy
The Launchpad will then open up and your screen should look like the following:
