As of right now scholars should have completed reading their first novel. Over the break, please ensure that you obtain a new novel for the moth of October. I will grade their journals and scholars it will be returned when school reopens on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.

6th Grade: Today scholars drafts were reviewed and notations were added, so that they can make changes. We also reviewed the rubric (grading criteria) Over the weekend, scholars will type their personal narrative essay. Parents please review their final drafts!!!!
Criteria
1. New Times Roman
2. Double spaced
3. 12 point sized letters
4. Cover Page with a decorative theme, name, class & (Do not put a date on it)
5. Due on Tuesday

Ms. Edouard:
8th Grade: Complete 2 paragraphs of personal narrative.
Make sure to bring your independent reading book to class! If you do not have one, one will be assigned to you.
