6th Grade:
Through out the school year scholars will be engaged in reading an independent book. Each day they will complete a reading log entry based on the chapter or section they have read in their books. Parents must sign the form on a daily basis. The reading logs will be graded and reflected on scholar's report card and progress report. The reading logs are due each Friday and a new form will be distributed to scholars for the following week. Parents must sign the letter and return with scholars on Wednesday.
Independently read and complete reading logs for the weekend, Monday & Tuesday
All scholars have signed up for: www.commonlit.org
Scholars will log on the website by entering their username and password. After they will complete the required reading text and answer the questions that follow.
